Michelle’s Bachelorette & Bridal Shower Invites

ddiDesigned and printed invitations for my friend Michelle’s bridal shower and bachelorette party. I had a lot of fun with these invites because I was able to design them in any way I wanted! I worked with my friend Amber to assemble the invitations and after several hours of cutting, hole punching, glueing and tying we finished them all! But it was worth it— they turned out really well!   The pink textured paper was from Michael’s Art & Crafts store. I used Martha Stewart Scallop 3 Dot Punch I got from Michael’s too as well as a generic rounded corner punch.   For the bachelorette party invites, I went with a mardi gras theme since the destination was New Orleans. I designed a simplified peacock feather shape on the invite and added a peacock feather to each invite. The invite opens up to reveal the trips’ itinerary and R.S.V.P.
